I’m Keri Lyle, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who supports people navigating inflection points in their career paths and leadership roles—whether they're making their next move, growing their leadership, or strengthening their team. I bring together 15 years in corporate, 10 years coaching, and lived experience navigating my own inflection points to help people move through theirs with more clarity, less friction, and better outcomes.

Corporate Experience
The first 15 years of my career were in HR roles at a high-growth startup, where I managed the full employee lifecycle, and at Google, where I worked in recruiting and internal mobility, ran the executive coaching program, was an HR business partner, and led company-wide people strategy initiatives.

Coaching Experience
I was already a peer coach at Google, and then took the role running the executive coaching program which inspired me to get my professional coaching certification. I started a side hustle practice and continued to coach internally, focused on high-potential women across the company and startup CEOs within Area 120, its in-house incubator. I also facilitated leadership development programs and peer coach training. Eventually, unable to ignore the pull toward coaching and feeling complete with all I had accomplished in my corporate career, I left Google to go all in on my practice.

Lived Experience
Like my clients, my own career, leadership, and life have been shaped by a series of inflection points. I white-knuckled my way through big jumps in scope, being a first-time manager, and high-stakes moments where I felt out of my depth. I opted into an assignment that became a career highlight, and another that steered me away from a path I thought I wanted. I left a stable career to do the thing I said I would never do (work for myself) in order to do the thing I was meant to do (coach full-time). All the while, I moved from Maine to San Francisco and thrived in a big city, and moved back 15 years later to an island off the coast.

Clients & Services
I work with both private and company-sponsored clients, with a strong focus on outdoor companies and conservation organizations, nonprofits, higher education, and Maine-based clients. They are typically mid-career, team or functional leaders, and often members of senior leadership teams. They are also global leaders with Harvard Business School Executive Education, startup founders with Northeastern University’s Roux Institute, and coaching certification students with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). I offer 1:1 coaching, facilitated sessions for groups and teams, and interview-based 360s, and am certified in the MBTI® personality assessment and the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® emotional intelligence assessments.
